Land Rover Defenders are mostly known for their off-road prowess, as they can take their occupants to the end of the known world and back – assuming they won’t break down along the way.

Having chosen the unibody route, it may no longer have a body-on-frame construction. However, the latest generation remains a proper 4×4, which can still give the latest Mercedes G-Class a headache. The family comprises the three-door 90, five-door 110, and longer 130, all of which use a dedicated platform derived from the one underpinning the Discover, Range Rover, Jaguar XF, and others.
Name your aftermarket off-roading poison, and chances are it’s been done. Everything is available, from the steel bumpers with a bulbar up front, extra lights, a roof rack to haul more gear, fender flares, lift kits, and winches to the usual chunky rubber wrapped around new wheels and maybe a raptor paint finish. The same goes for custom interiors, the occasional power boost, and a few other bits and bobs.
Now, the tuning fairy has visited most Land Rover Defenders we get to cover in one way or another, and they’re usually a bit more interesting compared to their stock selves. Nonetheless, it is a completely different thing when it comes to the pictured example, which looks ready to star in a rap video. The 4×4 in question is one brash machine that won’t be able to venture off the beaten path anymore, so you can consider it a mall crawler.

It features a few goodies signed by Lumma Design. Fender flares are part of the makeover, alongside those brash side skirts. It also has additional goodies at the front and rear, including a bulging hood and a roof-mounted spoiler. For extra street cred, the lighting units at both ends were smoked, thus blending in with the privacy windows and black details here and there that provide some contrast to the vehicle’s yellow body.
This Land Rover Defender also has a touch of red on the spare wheel holder in the form of a badge displaying its name, and the same hue can be seen inside and on the center caps of the aftermarket alloys. Featuring a Y-spoke design and a lot of concavity, the new wheels were wrapped in rubberband tires to fit under the arches, and they are ginormous. We don’t know how large they are, but they’re probably around 28 inches in diameter.
Before criticizing its owner for ruining a perfectly good off-roader and making it look all ridiculous, you should know that this Defender only exists in Fantasy Land. 412donklife is behind the renderings shared on social media a few hours ago, and they’re certainly something different, aren’t they?
