Overlanding is a self-reliant expedition, not a conventional road trip. It entails traversing lengthy areas of harsh terrain while camping in between, relying solely on your car and grit to get you through.
Over the years Land Rover Uganda Club has been host to some memorable trips to our neighbouring East African countries such Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia and more remote destinations like the magnificent Victoria Falls in Zambia and the Okavango delta and different areas of Chobe in Botswana. Extended trips are not only planned in our bordering countries, as our own country has so much to offer, trips to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, The Source of the River Nile, Kalangala and Koome Islands, untamed Kidepo Valley National Park and the Murchison Falls are some of the trips planned by us.
